Music lessons in Romainmôtier
The transmission and teaching of music is an important part of my work as a musician.
Located in a magnificent setting in the heart of the medieval village of Romainmôtier, the courses on offer are designed for both novices and experienced musicians.
- Electric bass and double bass (beginners & advanced)
- Acoustic and electric guitar (beginners & intermediate)
- Music theory, solfeggio, rhythm, etc…
My pedagogical approach includes a wide range of learning methods, both academic and more freeform, with an emphasis on musical sensations such as pulse, dynamics and expression. Notions of improvisation are often covered, as are the basics of score reading.
Classes can also be devoted to specific objectives such as preparing for a concert, audition or studio recording, etc.
Bass guitar lessons at La Syncope music school
Located in Morges, the AVCEM member music school has been offering individual and group music lessons for some twenty years. I have held the position of bass guitar teacher there since the start of the 2018 school year.

Musical improvisation workshop
Musical improvisation frees us from the need to memorize scores or repertoire. Its aim is above all to approach the language of music through personal expression, creativity and imagination. It is developed through collective and narrative sound games. With or without an instrument, this approach helps students understand how to bring their instrumental playing to life, and nourishes the musician’s inspiration.

- 2018: Creation of the current music school in Romainmôtier.
- 2016 : Teacher for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year bachelor rhythm courses at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne.
- 2014-2016: Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in teaching didactics and music pedagogy at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne.
- 2011-2012: Guitar lessons for beginners at La Saltarelle music school.
- 2009-2010: Continuing education in music pedagogy at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
- From 2006 to 2008: Bass guitar lessons and ensemble conducting at the Ecole de Musique de Renens.
- Since 2005: Private bass guitar lessons for students of all ages.
